Podium Products was founded by Derek Dahl, a motorsport industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in high-performance racing, automotive, and aerospace manufacturing. After building and leading Victory 1 Performance (acquired by private equity in 2021), Derek created Podium Products to deliver what top engine builders and racers truly need: uncompromising quality, fast lead times, and a true single point of contact.
Headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina—the heart of American motorsport—we specialize in precision-manufactured valve train components that give competitors a measurable edge. Our core lineup includes lightweight titanium and high-strength steel spring retainers, valve locks, lash caps, wrist pins, pushrods, and spring locators, plus fully custom production.
